Holiday Tablescape Tips with Denizen

 Here are 4 tips from Catherine and Olivia to get you going and to help you have a gorgeous looking table for Thanksgiving or your other Holiday Dinners.

1. Make it Personal

Your guests will love to see their name greeting them at their place setting. It’s always the extra little details that make the event more memorable for me! You can use these pre-cut decorative templates or whip up your own creative ideas - the sky is the limit with name cards!

2. Be Aware of Space

Be aware of the space you have available and make sure you’re filling the table proportionately. You don’t want your decorations to look tiny in the middle of your table! We’re fans of varying heights on the table to create dimension so we recommend layering some short pieces with taller statement pieces.

3. Bring the Outside In!

Don’t be afraid to forage natural materials from your yard or your surroundings. We love using grasses or drying flowers to get the most use out of them! Often we get asked where this or that came from and most commonly they are those random fillers we’ve picked up from outside to add the finishing touches to a project.

4. Two for One

Use your decorations as a gift for your guests to take home with them! Not only does it look cute on the table or at their place setting, but they’ll get to enjoy long after they’ve left dinner.
